How do I buy a product?

Once you have clicked on the product you wish to purchase you will see the relevant product sheet, in which you will see all the relevant details. Click on the 'Add to cart' button to add the displayed product to the cart. At the top right you will see a number inside the ‘Cart’ icon, related to the number of products you have added to it. Clicking on the ‘Cart’ icon you will see a small window with a brief summary of the products added to the cart and with a ‘Proceed with checkout’ button. Clicking on it, the site will redirect you to a page where you can enter your personal details, the data for shipping the order, as well as - if applicable - the type of shipment you want (standard, express). By clicking on the ‘Proceed’ button you will finally see a page where you can add the data of the chosen payment method (eg credit card). We remind you that payment within the Marina Galanti store is totally secure, as your credit card details remain protected from unauthorized access by encrypted SSL data transfer ("Secure Socket Layer"). At this point it will be necessary to click on the "Confirm order" button to confirm definitively the order you wish to make. A brief summary of your order will appear and we will send you an automatic confirmation and thank you email.

How can I create a personal account?

To create a personal account on our site, you simply need to click on the 'Account' icon at the top right, positioned to the left of the 'Shopping Cart' icon. Clicking on it you will see a small window with three options: "My Account", "Create an Account", "Login". You will need to click on the option "Create an Account" to proceed with the creation of your personal account. Our site will redirect you to a page where you can add your login information (email, password) and your personal information (name, surname, phone number, address, etc.). Once you have added all the necessary information, marked with a red asterisk, and adhered to our privacy policy, you will need to click on the "Create an Account" button to proceed with the creation of your personal Marina Galanti account. Our system will send you an email confirming your account: you will need to click on the confirmation link in the email to definitively complete the creation of your account.

How can I search for a product I want?

Our site offers you a convenient ‘Search’ icon at the top right, more precisely to the left of the ‘Account’ icon. By clicking on it you will see a bar where you can type the search terms you want. After starting the search, our site will offer the products that most closely match the search terms you typed. To make a more detailed search, try using the filters in the upper left to narrow down the range of suggested products based on the price range and the desired category.

What is a "promotional code" and how does it work?

A "promotional code" is a digital discount voucher that you can use to take advantage of special promotions on our products. You can get a Marina Galanti discount code on several occasions: by registering to our Newsletter or on the occasion of exclusive promotional events, promoted within our official Facebook and Instagram pages and through Newsletter.

To use a "promotional code" you simply need to insert it in the box provided on the order summary page: the discount will be calculated and applied to your order automatically.

Where is my order?

To check the status of your shipment, log in to your personal Account: in the ‘My orders’ section you can check the status of your order and its shipping. For more information you can contact our Customer Service.

How can I join the newsletter?

To subscribe to the Newsletter scroll the web page you are viewing down and enter your personal email inside the box ‘Want to know more?’. By clicking on the arrow on the left, you will see an additional box where you can add your name and surname and specify your gender (man or woman).

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Which courier will manage my shipment?

At the moment we entrust all our shipments to DHL and Bartolini couriers, leading companies in terms of reliability and services accuracy.

What are the delivery times of my order?

Orders are delivered within 2-6 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). You can check the status of your shipment in the "My orders" section in your Account.
